Citybike 7 gears
How does the bike work?
Your bicycle has 7 gears. They are used by turning the handle on the right while not applying too much force to the pedals. To slow down, use the parking brakes, preferably the rear brake first and, if necessary, the front brake as well. Saddle too low? Do not set it too high, the seat post must be at least 5 cm in the seat tube.
Where can I come?
With the TK7 you can go anywhere on the bike path.
What should I pay attention to?
Always lock the bicycle by securing the bicycle with a chain lock. Is the bicycle not functioning properly? Give us a call!

Citybike 24 gears
How does the bike work?
Your bicycle has 24 gears. You use them by operating the levers near the handles with your thumb and index finger. You have 3 large steps on the left handle and 7 or 8 small steps on the right. When you shift gears, keep pedaling forward slowly. Pedaling back while shifting can cause the chain to fall off and applying too much force while shifting can cause the chain to break. To slow down, use the parking brakes, preferably the rear brake first and, if necessary, the front brake as well. Saddle too low? Do not set it too high, the seat post must be at least 5 cm in the seat tube.
Keep the chain as straight as possible. This means that you do not choose the smallest cog on both the front and rear sprockets. You then use the leftmost sprocket at the front and the most right sprocket at the back, so that the chain is completely skewed. You may then hear a rattling noise and the bike will not feel smooth. The straighter the chain is, the easier you cycle.

E-Bike
How does the bike work?
To turn the bike on, press the button in the center below the display. To change the level of assistance you can use the buttons on the left side of the handlebars. The bicycle may support up to 25 km/h, if you choose a higher support, the motor gives more power and you pedal lighter. The bike therefore does not go faster. When shifting gears, release the force from the pedals and only apply more pressure when you feel the bike has shifted gears. Saddle too low? Do not set it too high, the seat post must be at least 5 cm in the seat tube.
The battery lasts approximately 75 km depending on usage. The most important factors are the support level, the environment and the gear shifting. Try to use the eco mode on flat roads and shift gears as lightly as possible uphill. If you have to pedal heavily, the bike should also help a lot. The range indicated by the bicycle itself is only indicative, do not assume this! The number of battery bars on the screen gives a better picture.

With the E-Bike you can go anywhere on the bike path.
What should I pay attention to?
Are you getting error code W013? Then turn the bike off and on again without touching the pedals. Does the problem remain? Give us a call! Always lock the bicycle by securing the bicycle with a chain lock. With a mortise lock, insert the cable into the ring lock and check whether it is properly secured. Your bicycle has derailleur gears. You use them by operating the levers near the right handle with your thumb and forefinger. When you shift gears, keep pedaling forward slowly. Pedaling back while shifting can cause the chain to fall off and applying too much force while shifting can cause the chain to break. So don't shift gears during an ascent, but in advance.

How does the bike work?
Your bicycle has derailleur gears. You use them by pushing either the full brake lever or the smaller switch in the brake to the center until the bike has changed gears. You have large steps on the left and small steps on the right. When you shift gears, keep pedaling forward slowly. Pedaling back while shifting can cause the chain to fall off and applying too much force while shifting can cause the chain to break. So don't shift gears during an ascent, but in advance. You cannot brake and shift at the same time. Saddle too low? Do not set it too high, the seat post must be at least 5 cm in the seat tube.

Vespa/Scooter
How does the vehicle work?
You start the vehicle by first turning the ignition key to the right. You can tell by the fuel gauge: it will go up or be full when the vehicle is on ignition. Then, hold the rear brake while pressing the start button on the right handlebar. If the vehicle is cold, do not accelerate when starting. Can't start electric? Place the vehicle on the stand and ignition and use the kick starter on the left.
Under the saddle you will find an extra chain lock. You use this by inserting the lock through the rear wheel and sliding the small link through the large link. You can then fasten the padlock, the key is attached to the ignition key. Also lock the vehicle. This can be done by turning the steering wheel all the way to the left and then turning the ignition key to the left from neutral.
Under the seat you will also find the petrol tank. You will receive the vehicle full and must be returned full. Euro 98/E5 will go into effect. Refuel slowly because the fuel can froth up quickly, making it appear as if the tank is full when it isn't yet. Will there be a damp spot under the vehicle after refueling? This is okay, this is the overflow of the gas tank.
Where can I come?
You can go anywhere on the bike path with the Scooter or Vespa, unless the bike path sign looks like this:
You are also obliged to wear a helmet in Belgium and Germany.
What should I pay attention to?
Do not go full throttle when driving downhill. Always lock the vehicle by securing the vehicle with a chain lock. Is the vehicle not functioning properly? Give us a call!

E-Chopper
How does the E-Chopper work?
You start the vehicle by turning the ignition key to the right. The E-Chopper is on when the display is on. Fold in the side stand, as long as it is unfolded, the Chopper is locked. Then you can turn the right handle towards you. Do this carefully, electric vehicles immediately give a lot of power.
To use the battery optimally, gently turn the handle, if you give full throttle when driving off, the battery will run out faster. It is also important not to stop every once in a while; accelerating takes a lot more battery than staying in motion.
