About us

Established in 1995, Cycle Center started as a bike rental organisation in the citycentre of Valkenburg aan de Geul (South Limburg, the Netherlands). From this Henk Op het Veld (founding and owner) grew the company focused on dayrental towards a organisation much more than that. Asof today the organisation has more than 4000 bikes and supplies services and advice to multiple bike related markets with a Euregional focus.

Our current focus and services: Events, (bike)lease for tourism related organisations, bike maintenance for large organisations and service solutions to fit for tourism, gouvernement and employers. Furthermore we still enjoy giving tourists a nice day on rental bikes and have a bike shop in Valkenburg.  

Currently we’re located in the commercial area of Valkenburg aan de Geul and offer our Cycle Center concept also via partners en other locations in South Limburg. In some cases we also use the brand name “La Dolce Vespa” to operate Vespa rentals.

As owners, Robin Hendriks and Jeroen Rooding, manage the organisation with a surplus of passion. Of Course, together with the team of Cycle Center employees, all experts at their craft. We firmly believe in our mission:
